Overview: A 5-day training course - Advanced F1 foundation bodywork, A&P, deeper dive health and wellbeing education.

Atlas and skeletal dysfunction is underestimated in outcome. Emotional, mental, and physical disorders lived. Complexities of Atlas/Cranium misalignment from falls, accidents and cramped Utero formation. Birth intervention with Forceps, Ventouse etc.,

Many painful health disorders, blood pressure etc., Including skeletal pain, mental health, depression and stress are involved from skeletal and Atlas torsion, misalignment.

D.A.R.E unique realignment skills, with additional methods for cranium alignment, and emotional release.
